Who We Are
The Consumer Rights Commission Telangana is a registered Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) dedicated to the welfare of consumers. Established under the Trust Act 1882 (Article 64), we operate with the mission to eradicate unfair trade practices and empower every citizen with the knowledge of their rights.
We act as a bridge between the common man and the legal system, providing guidance, mediation, and support in filing complaints against defective goods, service deficiencies, and fraudulent practices.

To create a marketplace in Telangana where every consumer is aware, protected, and treated with fairness and dignity.
Our Mission
To provide accessible, speedy, and inexpensive redressal mechanisms for consumer grievances and to conduct widespread awareness campaigns.
Our Core Objectives
Awareness
Conducting workshops in rural and urban areas about "Jago Grahak Jago".
Mediation
Resolving disputes amicably between consumers and sellers before legal action.
Legal Aid
Assisting in filing cases in District and State Consumer Commissions.
