What documents do I need to file a complaint?

You primarily need the **Bill/Invoice** as proof of purchase. Other helpful documents include warranty cards, photographs of the defect, and any email/letter correspondence with the seller.

How long does the resolution process take?

It varies by case complexity. Simple disputes resolved through mediation can take 15-30 days. Cases requiring court intervention may take 3-6 months depending on the Judiciary.

Can I file a complaint against an online seller?

Yes, absolutely. The Consumer Protection Act 2019 specifically covers E-commerce transactions. You can file complaints against Amazon, Flipkart, or any other online portal.
